1. Muscle contraction is efficient. The electric pulse directly contracts the muscles on its own, fully recruited and very strong, and this feeling is obvious. Compared to traditional self-directed training that requires skills and intuition, it has significant advantages. This greatly reduces the threshold for muscle contraction training and naturally reduces injury problems caused by improper training.
2. Save time. In terms of muscle building training for the buttocks, hamstring, and quadriceps muscles, during autonomous training, a target muscle needs to be trained with at least two exercises, each consisting of at least three groups of 6-12 movements, each lasting 6 seconds, with a 1-minute interval between each group, which takes approximately 50 minutes or more. When I use EMS fitness clothes, there are three movements, two in each group, with 8 times in each group. Each movement is accompanied by a pulse lasting 6 seconds, with a pause of 1 second. There is no need for a group interval (the reason will be explained later), and it takes 6 minutes. From the experience of DOMS, the soreness is stronger when using EMS. Although we know that soreness does not necessarily indicate training effectiveness, it at least indicates that your muscles are experiencing muscle filament breakage and aseptic inflammation during work, leading to pain.
3. Save nerve fatigue. I don't feel tired after 20 minutes of training with EMS fitness clothes, but I do feel tired after self training with the same muscle contraction intensity. Because during autonomous training, nerves are required to issue commands and receive signals from muscle feedback, which requires nerves to control movements and posture. EMS does not require excessive attention to these issues, as they are the most basic movements and do not require control of external objects. Electrical pulses directly stimulate muscle contraction, saving a lot of nerve work.
4. Comprehensive issues. For example, when it comes to squats, the king of movement is because he almost mobilizes all muscles. In this regard, if the corresponding electrodes of EMS are fully open (with 20 electrodes), it can generally achieve the participation of most major muscle groups in the whole body.
5. Promote local improvement for weak muscles. I have been sitting in the office for a long time, so my gluteus medius is relatively weak. After realizing this problem, I used elastic ring exercises to improve it, but the progress was slower and more troublesome. After wearing this fitness suit, it's very straightforward. Just turn on the switch and cooperate with him to do some hip joint flexion and extension movements, and the effect is very obvious.
6. Centrifugation is stronger than centripetal force. When performing pulse stimulation, centrifugal contraction is more laborious, and the feeling of elongating muscles in a contracted state is difficult and very realistic. I think the reason why this device is relatively prominent is because of this. Because theoretically and practically, centrifugal contraction stimulates muscles three times stronger than centripetal contraction (in my impression, this is a multiple). The muscles that were not easily felt before felt better after a few stimulations.
7. It really consumes a lot of energy. There were two instances of low sugar during 20 minute exercise with electromyographic fitness clothing, where the muscles contracted strongly and continuously, consuming muscle glycogen, while liver glycogen and fat breakdown temporarily did not keep up. Especially when doing comprehensive large muscle group exercises.
