EMS fitness is a revolutionary and increasingly popular scientific training method that combines active gymnastics with muscle electrical stimulation pulses for high-intensity exercise similar to any other type of anaerobic training, but significantly saves time and energy.
How does it work?
In traditional physical training, the brain sends out impulses to stimulate the contraction of certain muscles. However, not all muscles have a good connection with the brain, and these muscles are not easily activated, so they cannot be trained so well. EMS training can stimulate all major muscle groups and also help develop motor nerve connections related to muscle movement. By directly sending electrical pulses to these motor nerves, even weakly connected muscles can be activated. Due to the irregular activation of muscle fibers during EMS training, higher intensity training was employed from the beginning to produce more muscle fibers at a faster rate. More active muscle tissue requires more energy intake, so even at rest, it burns more calories!
